Booking terms:

We cannot guarantee booking requests with less than 24 hours to check-in.
                 

1. A deposit of fifty percent of the total room rate is required to confirm and hold your room, the balance is due 15 days prior to arrival date.
2. If you make your booking less than 15 days prior to arrival date, full payment of your room rate is required to confirm and hold your room.
3. Deposits and payments may be made using e-transfers or with most credit cards through PayPal for which you do not need an account, we send you a link at time of booking.
4. Please note we are an adult only setting and regretfully cannot accommodate pets. 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival date, full refund less $25.00 processing fee.
2. Cancellation for whatever reason within 14 days no refund, however, your booking will be transferred to an alternate date based on availability to be used within three months.
3. Cancellation refunds are processed directly back to you as per method of payment, through e-transfer or PayPal.
